5 Tips to Stay Fit at Home

Total Home Training – THT® is dedicated to fitness even in the age of COVID-19. Here are some tips to help you stay fit consistently. The goal is to slowly get yourself doing these 5 things consistently every day.
1. Exercise every day
Set a time in the morning and do your daily regime every day. Even if you don’t complete all your sets, any workout matters.
2. Eat Organic Foods & Smaller Portions
Always strive to eat organically. Eat proportional meals and aim to reduce portions that will sustain a weight loss regime.
3. Track Your Calories & Intake Daily
Sometimes when we change our eating habits, we tend to overeat at the next meal. So if you are doing intermittent fasting or reduced-calorie meals, make sure you are not overeating at your next meal and losing all the gains you made throughout the day.
4. Get 8hrs of Sleep Daily
Don’t believe the hype that you can make it in 5 hours of sleep a day. Some people may have a genetic aversion to sleeping 8 hours a day. But for the rest of us, we need 8 hours for our bodies and mind to replenish itself.
5. Keep Yourself Motivated
Being inert can be addictive. Consequently leading to serious health issues later on in life. The studies showing the benefits of 8 hrs ( ideally 4 hrs of R.E.M)
